LET OUR EXPERIENCE BE YOUR SOLUTION

Anthony Carroll Solicitors understand the complexities of litigation and dispute resolution, providing you with peace of mind that your case is being handled with utmost care and expertise.

Our litigation solicitors have a wealth of experience in private client litigation acting in property, probate, commercial, employment and family law cases. We handle a wide range of property litigation including disputes concerning boundaries, trespass, ownership, nuisance and pollution. In such cases, we frequently issue injunction proceedings to protect our client’s property rights, if they are threatened. In relation to wills and succession, we deal with a variety of claims which includes contesting wills, cases for lack of capacity, undue influence and for breach of promise (estoppel).

Our litigation and dispute resolution solicitors  are experienced in dealing with cases before public and statutory bodies including the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), Revenue and the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB). Our firm is highly regarded in the field of compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) and have successfully handled  many high value cases against local authorities throughout the country. We have also litigated numerous claims against other state bodies, such as the Office of Public Works (OPW), Irish Water, ESB Networks and Bord Gais. Where necessary, we have successfully taken judicial review proceedings against such bodies.

Litigation and dispute resolution

We recognise that for some cases, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) (including mediation, arbitration and expert determination) may achieve a better outcome for clients. Our view is that ADR is particularly appropriate in commercial cases where valuable resources will not be wasted on protracted proceedings and where specialist experts can be chosen to determine the issues.

Whatever the nature of your dispute, we will firstly assess if you have a valid claim. In all cases, we will then assemble a team of experts with proven experience and retain the best barristers to deliver results.
